First the dry stuff; I'm Clay Biberdorf, a Manager at McDonald Jacobs with interests in the Estate and Retirement Planning areas. In real life, I like to travel (a lot), hike, scuba dive, and study Spanish. My real passion is for food and I'm working on bringing a public market to Portland.
