Some people excel at making numbers tell a
story for a business or client. They’re
called auditors, and Karin is one of our best.
She’ll admit it’s not a job for
everyone, but she thrives on it. She credits
the people she works with for making all the
difference. “We don’t behave like
a bunch of accountants—or at least the
perception of them. We know how to have fun
while working hard.” Karin contributes
her expertise, gained as a public accountant
since 1992. At McDonald Jacobs, she’s
an auditor, focusing on nonprofit organizations,
preparing commercial financial statements
and assisting with tax consulting.
As Partner, Karin continues
to support and grow the firm’s audit
practice. Background:
