Reginald graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He has been an adjunct professor and has taught accounting courses at several schools, including Chapman University and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

He also serves on the board of a small theatre company. He enjoys keeping apprised of the current events of the day, and he looks forward to the weekly prime minister’s questions.
